Status-check requests

The Version 1 status-check form does not send information to a website database. It prepares a message in the visitor’s email application, and information is transmitted only if the visitor sends that email.

CPA-client relationship

Submitting a request does not create a CPA-client relationship. An engagement begins only after both parties sign a written engagement letter.

Production review required

This draft policy must be reviewed and updated before launch, especially if analytics, cookies, a hosted form provider, or a customer-management platform is added.
